What happens on the first call?
A free 30 minute conversation. You describe what is under pressure or what you want to pursue; we ask what a worthwhile result would look like and what already exists in people, systems and data. You leave with an honest view of whether AI belongs there, a sensible first step and whether we are the right fit.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Bring the problem or the opportunity as it is. If you already have numbers, such as the cost of a delay or the size of a market, they help, but they are not required.
