01The expertiseWhat the company had
Two clinicians who knew what support should look like.
Frankie and Paris brought the clinical insight: what a worker needs day to day, and what a leader needs to see without seeing anyone in particular.
That knowledge was the product. It needed a route to a usable app.
02The limitWhere it stopped scaling
Support that arrives after burnout has set in.
Workplace support usually comes once the damage is done.
The founders had the clinical knowledge but no product experience, and no clear route from one to the other.

Make the daily check-in feel like a light prompt, not a task.
The daily check-in flow was tested until it felt like a moment, not another job on the list.
The leader-facing view was built around anonymised, actionable signals rather than surveillance, which is what makes the platform usable inside a large organisation.

Consumer-grade, built on clinical insight.
A quick daily mood check-in where users note the feelings behind their mood, guided meditations and bite-sized wellbeing activities.
A leader view shows anonymised trend data that flags rising stressors early.
